Naples Garbage, and Mussolini's Ghost

It is hard to believe in these days of technology, where man can go to the Moon, as well as Mars, and so forth, and a country like Italy, with one of its biggest cities, internationally known, can’t solve a domestic problem as simple as garbage. By god, what has come to this world renowned country that once ruled the world, and can’t pick up a garbage bag without issues to solve. Perhaps they need to call on Mussolini’s ghost for advice. The mafia of Naples can’t even solve the riddle, and it looks to me, or the world at large, they are in charge, they are the familiar faces, and here I thought Peru was the worst criminal state, or country in the world, but in Lima, where I have my second home, this is the least of the problems. This is not weak politics being played out, as they claim, this is much more, this is the humiliation of a great city, and let’s hope, Rome will hang the mafia, and burn the garbage, and ship the remains off to some hidden storage room in the deep, deep sea. Perhaps they can use those helicopters they are exporting, to carry the garbage out of a city before the rats eat the people; or perhaps put the garbage on those new cruse ships they have, and sail it away, just some suggestions, old methods ideas for the over stimulated intellectuals in Naples, or Rome. I do hope all those Americans that were going to Naples cash in their tickets and go to Lima, it is sunny here, the ocean waves are great, and no garbage issues.
